By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of the page shows when they last changed.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Service levels

Scale and Enterprise plans include the uptime commitments described in your order form. Credits are the sole remedy for missed commitments.

API keys

Keep API keys secret. You are responsible for requests made with your keys until you revoke them.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, access it by means other than the interfaces we provide, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.

Intellectual property

The text, illustrations and design of this site belong to Tend Computer, Inc. and are protected by copyright. You may share links and short quotations with attribution.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tend Computer, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Tend Computer, Inc. is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
